CONSULTATION SERVICE
The Consultation Service is an imperative part of the Home Staging process. During this time, Hunter Interiors & Co. will walk the property with you to create a personalized and strategic plan together for staging the home. A Seller Preparation Checklist will be provided (for occupied homes) after the Consultation Service, so Sellers know exactly what needs to be done whether or not they invest in Staging services. Sellers can also expect a suggested list of linked items to change for maximum impact when going to market - think paint, lighting updates, etc.

-ESSENTIAL PACKAGE: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom, Bathroom(s), Entryway / Foyer

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING SERVICES
The Accentuate & Refine Package is designed to elevate the appeal of your home by expertly enhancing and refining the existing furnishings of your home.
This package is ideal for occupied homes to showcase a property's potential without completely replacing current furnishings. Our professional staging team will carefully assess your space and strategically add or adjust furnishings and accessories to maximize visual impact.

INTERIOR DESIGN
CONSULTATION SERVICE
Every client and every project is different - we understand that at Hunter Interiors & Co. During your in-person Consultation Service, we will walk the space together, discuss your goals, and get a feel for how you use & live in your space. This is the best first step before beginning the styling or renovations to determine the scope of the project before Hunter Interiors & Co. provides a proposal for additional services.
DESIGN DIRECTION SERVICE
The Design Direction Service is a great fit for homeowners who have a general idea of what they are drawn to but need help bringing the ideas to life in their actual space. Maybe you're stuck between a few options, unsure how to pull everything together, or simply want professional validation before making costly decisions. This collaborative, in-home consultation is designed to give you clarity and confidence to move forward on your own.
During our time together, we'll walk the spaces you'd like to address and talk through your questions in real time. Depending on your needs, we may explore furniture layouts and flow, paint colors, furnishing direction, renovation ideas, finishes, styling, or ways to improve functionality.
This session is intentionally focused on conversation and professional guidance rather than formal design deliverables. You'll receive my ideas, recommendations, and expertise during our time together, and you'll take it from there - making this a great fit for homeowners who are comfortable sourcing, purchasing, coordinating, and implementing the ideas on their own.
